These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cape Town, South Africa.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ROSCODE TECH regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
